Multi Family Residential, Phoenix, AZ - Central Station

Joined the super talented Multistudio Phoenix Team working on Central Station mixed use transport oriented design residential towers , from design development to construction admin. Worked with the renowned and talented lighting designer Derek Porter to incorporate creative lighting design in to the project from concept to detail in lobbies, pet spa and roof decks. This building is wholistic in it's sustainable design from transport orientated design, thoughtful design of building orientation and facade design to maximise shading, and red-list free materials. LEED silver without support from client. A stunning modern white architecture that stands out in the beige of the Phoenix skyline. Most cool moment at the topping off ceremony signing the last beam to be installed on the elevator overrun on the roof.
