[ MY VALUES ]
MY Guiding
Principles
Why I am an architect
[ 01 ]
SUSTAINABILITY
In all of it. Net zero in new build very achievable. Redlist free materials. Minimum cabon imprint. Adaptive reuse.
[ 02 ]
HOUSING
YIMBY. Yes absolutely in my back yard. With the passing of the Family Zoning Plan in San Francisco, there are new opportunities. Affordable housing crisis with state mandated housing to be built. Will this be the "Builder's Remedy" or can it pencil out so we can build?
[ 03 ]
DESIGN
Poor budget does not equate poor design.
Behind
the Build
Humor and hard work.
